Orders:  

 

 

All orders must be placed online at www.seafoodseason.com.au or by a completed and

signed application form posted to PO BOX 5085 West End QLD 4101.  To aid the processing of

your order we require the following information:

 

 

Senders Details:  Contact or Company Name, Address, Contact Number and relevant payment

instructions.

 

 

Receivers Details:  Contact Name, Delivery Address, Contact Number and all relevant delivery

information.

 

 

Payments:

 

 

Payments will commence upon completion of online application and recur weekly, fortnightly,

monthly or in a full once off payment as per your request.  Applications completed after 4pm or

on public holidays will commence the following day.

 

 

If your Credit Card Debit Request fails Seafood Season will retry the next day then continue

again on sheduled days.  If consecutive failures occur contact will be made to discuss payment

options, one of which may be to adjust future payments so that your order is paid in full before

the 24 of December.  

 

 

Delivery:

 

 

All deliveries are made on the 24th of December between 7am and 7pm.  Seafood Season will

contact you to advise you of your deliveries approximate time frame.  Due to the delicate nature

of our products customers must be home to accept delivery on the day advised or make alternative

arrangements for delivery.

 

 

While every effort is made to deliver on the approximate time frame advised Seafood Season can

not accept any liability for delay due to reasons beyond the control of Seafood Season (and/or its staff). 

 

 

If your delivery address and contact or credit card details change please inform Seafood Season.  

If a delivery address is changed outside of Seafood Season's coverage area please refer to our

cancellation policy.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

 

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order less than 30 days prior to the Final

Payment Due Date a cancellation fee of $10 will apply.
